Not sure how else to contact this seller, so I thought maybe they monitor this site. Ordered an "in stock" NiB BCG on 03/04/14 (Order: IA9465). Have been attempting to contact them and have only received one response from Julie who apologized and said she would Colin ship It out "right away". Now another week later and no BCG. Card was charged immediately. Hope I finally get a response, but after searching the boards, turns out this isn't a reputable seller. Highly advise against anyone doing business with this company.
please google ice arms customer service and warranty support before you spend your cash with these clowns.
I ordered some lower parts kits from them. I understand why people get frustrated with them. Communication is poor but the products did come in. Shipping takes them about the same amount of time as palmetto state.
