With the Geissele Automatics USASOC Improved Complete Upper Receiver, you can build a near-clone of the URGI 5.56 carbine. This Geissele AR-15 complete upper receiver features the 10.3” cold hammer forged Daniel Defense barrel with a carbine length gas system and tuned to take full advantage of the M855A1 ammunition. The Geissele Super Gas Block features a low-profile design and is pinned to the barrel for a bombproof installation. The barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and features the Surefire SF4P 4 prong flash hider. This version uses the 9.3” MK16 free floated M-LOK handguard that protects the gas block while leaving enough room for a suppressor to be attached. One of the toughest handguards on the market, the MK16 offers plenty of options for setting up your AR however you see fit and features a desert dirt anodized finish.

The M4 flat top upper receiver is built to Mil-Spec dimensions out of 7075-T6 aluminum with a type III hardcoat anodized finish. This complete upper receiver group comes with a Mil-Spec M4 bolt carrier group and the Geissele Airborne ambidextrous charging handle as well as the Super 42 braided wire buffer spring. It attaches to any Mil-Spec lower receiver group with pistol buffer tube or legally registered SBR lower, so you can have a completely new weapon system. This complete upper group features many of the parts used on the USASOC URG-I weapon system but is designed for civilian semi-automatic AR-15 lower receivers.
