The Tactical variant of the SP-01 utilizes an ambidextrous decocker in place of the manual safety on the standard SP-01.
The CZ 75 SP-01 is the first full size handgun from CZ to feature the improved manufacturing technology and ergonomics of the NATO-approved CZ 75 Compact P-01 model. Featuring an integral 1913 accessory rail on the dust cover, rubber grip panels, and CZ’s corrosion resistant black polycoat finish, the SP-01 is the newest model to join the family of pistols based on the CZ 75 (SA/DA) platform. Borrowing from the improved grip geometry of the compact P-01, the SP-01 utilizes an extended beavertail to protect shooter’s strong hand as well as allowing for a deeper and more secure grip. The new grip geometry, checkering in key areas on the front and back straps, and redistribution of mass provided by the accessory rail noticeably decrease the perceived recoil from previous models and allows for more rapid target acquisition and transition.
The SP-01 was designed as a military and law enforcement duty sidearm. The new model is currently in use by security forces fighting the war on terrorism. Thanks to its exceptional accuracy and superior handling characteristics, the CZ 75 SP-01 has also found supporters in the field of sport and target shooting.

I recently ordered the CZ 75 SP-01 Tactical Black and loved it so much I ordered the OD Green. The reason I bought the Green one because they are a Limited run. kygunco is the only company that is offering this CZ 75 SP-01 Tactical with the Threaded Barrel.
I highly recommend any CZ product and doing business with kygunco is a pleasure.

Just picked this up at my FFL...WOW! This is a serious piece. Extremely high quality fit and finish. Trigger is very smooth. The OD Green is unique and super cool. Can't wait to get to the range and break it in.
Jeez, there goes the SBR money, need to stay off this site. Just put it on layaway and mailed a check. Love my SP01. But for price of TB and sup sights this pistol is the way to go. Nothing wrong with having 2 SP01's!

Just got mine in yesterday, beautiful gun. Don't know if anything is different with the trigger, but my DA is super smooth. Still heavy, but smooth. This is my third CZ this year.
Does this pistol have the omega trigger system?
No, just the decocker vice safety and I don't believe can be changed like the Omega trigger system.
Just received mine today and it is really smooth as well.
Does this OD version also come with the high Tritium night sights?
Yes it does. I just bought the P-09 urban grey suppressor ready version, was thinking of getting this one instead originally.
This gun seems to be rare. Can't find any other places that sell this exact gun, the OD GREEN or Grey.
KYGUNCO seems to have gotten this as a special production from CZ, Urban Grey is their current color for their threaded barrel pistols this year. I been looking for Urban Grey version with the Omega trigger but went with the black version, it was in stock and ready to ship.

Please use our holster selection tool from the main menu of our website and select CZ/75 SP-01. This will give you all of the holster options for this weapon. Also ensure you select the option for a threaded barrel and annotate at checkout in the “instruction box” for an ambidextrious safety. Furthermore we can only accommodate a low or medium sweat guard. As for weapon lights, we offer the Streamlight TLR 1,2,3,4.
