Our CVLIFE rifle bag is indeed folded for delivery, but this delivery method does not affect the quality of our rifle bag. We use high-quality 600D PVC material, so the crease is not permanent. The foam at the fold can be restored to its original thickness after a period of time. It is normal for the rifle bag to be bent when the package is just opened. It can be restored to a straight state after a period of time.
NOPE! You're wrong. First of all, "600D PVC" is the outer/inner fabric you use. That is not the issue. The issue is the foam. By bending it to the EXTREME you do, and for the extended length of time (from manufacturing till the end user receives it) for shipping, the foam cells become stretched and compressed at the fold lines PERMANENTLY. Yes, it will relax to a certain extent over time, but NEVER to it's original thickness at the folds. Therefore, it will always want to slightly bend along those folds, especially when empty, no matter how much time goes by. That is why other higher end manufacturers don't fold their bags for shipping.
I don't recommend CVLIFE bags. Not because of manufacturing quality, but because of shipping method. They come TIGHTLY! tri or quad folded from the manufacturer, to reduce size for shipping. So the bags will have remained in that compressed state for months. Those fold lines are now permanent. The foam is permanently compressed where it was folded, and will never return to its original thickness, causing the bag to naturally want to bend at those lines, no matter how long you let it rest. These long bags should be fairly stiff unloaded, and not want to bend unless you force it to. Not anymore, due to they way they've shipped it. I've bought 3 of their bags ranging from 30"-42", and they all suffer from it. I'm returning them.
