Seller Description For This Firearm
There are few firearm designs that have stood the test of time like the Browning design for the .50 Cal machine gun. The design, commonly referred to as the 'Ma Deuce', is so prolific throughout the military, that it will most likely remain in service for at least the next 50 years. Companies have explored replacing it, but they have determined that there is no way to cost effectively replace the firearm, as there is basically nothing to improve on.

The Colt M3AC is an air-cooled aircraft version of the Browning M2, and in this civilian configuration, it fires in semi-automatic fashion only. The rifle weighs in at 84 lbs., and 128 lbs., when mounted on the tripod with the T and E (Traverse and Elevation) attachment.

How could you pass of owning a legitimate piece of history. Who knows if there will ever be another firearm that is in service for as long as this design has survived. Chambered in .50 BMG, this rifle can sling some serious weight at incredible distances. This is a great conversational piece and there are few firearms that carry a heavier cool factor.

I think I would rather have four Scar 17s.

And this is a used firearm! I'm sure this used "aircraft version" has only seen very minimal use....
