Emailed them today about coupon code and reimbursed me $5. Nice company. So had an idea...I've read about coupling this with m&p 15-22, but how about with a ruger 10/22 with ati type stock? Any thoughts? Just curious. Thanks.

Yeah they are good. Already got my 5 dollar paypal credit and the stock shipped in less than 24 hours. It will be here Monday. Looking forward to taking it to the range on Wednesday.

Joseph, with all due respect, I'm curious how you know they are good when yours is in the mail?

On a side-note, while many people have never fired a full auto rifle, these are a neat niche item. But they are just that, a niche toy. I'd suggest that if one wants to play with burst or full auto, just go to a range that rents full auto rifles, such as Shooters World or similar if they have one near you, it'll be a lot more fun than any bump fire system.

In the Army I got to play with plenty of toys, but at the end of the day if you actually want to hit what your aiming at with your rifle, without emptying your ammo box, move the selector to semi; single shot. Your wallet will thank you ;)

Yes, like dmm523 told you I was referring to the company's quick response and quick shipping, not the stock.

I'm quite familiar with full auto. Owned one from around 1985 to around 2000 or so. Would have to pull out my paperwork to confirm those dates. Doesn't really matter.

Just bought this to have a little fun. For 94.99 shipped it was worth the risk to me. Mine just arrived a few minutes ago. I like what I see. I will have it out to the range on Wednesday and can report back. I think it will be fun.

Guess I got to give you a thumbs down since you gave me my first thumbs down.

Crab. We were referring to that the company was nice and let us put in the $5 promo code after we placed the order.
I have shot full auto before (Thompson, MP5, and SAW). These stocks are a nice alternative to buying a full auto weapon with Uncle Sam checking in. Compared to the price of the slide fires these are much, much cheaper.
Yes, these are not for practical use. They are to have some fun with your buddies with. Geesh, does every firearm related purchase have to be tactical? Some people just enjoy firearms for fun. Oh and I guess you haven't read the full thread, but a low cost alternative is to couple the stock with an m&p15-22. While I had concerns that the blowback may not be enough to actuate the stock. Members on here are reporting success with it.

dmm,

Before I replied to Joseph I read every post in this thread. Contrary to your opinion, which your entitled to, my comments have nothing to do with being tactical.

Many don't truly understand the bump fire vs full auto, and the best way to understand them is to try a full auto first. Most indoor rifle ranges rent full autos for around $50 an hour + ammo.

I'd be willing to bet that many that buy a bump fire, end up using it once. For half the price they can rent a true full auto and have some real fun with their buddies.

Thanks for the thumbs down, I wasn't mocking anyone, just providing info, as you also have, but I'll leave you a thumbs up as I don't hold a grudge my friend.

Couldn't resist, I almost purchased a slidefire a while back but couldn't justify something I will hardly be able to use, can't wait for there AK version to come out, I suspect the price will go up eventually but I think if they stay were there at they will have no trouble selling em in abundance

It was only tested for the AR15. Is that stock exactly the same platform as the ar?

Works exactly same and to me is a little bit stronger where the slide fire isn't.

Can anyone help with this instagram nonsense. I am unfamiliar. I have googled it and from what I can deduce I need either an android device, a windows phone or an apple device. I have none of the above. I still use an old Motorola Razr for my phone. And it won't let me create an instagram account without a device hooked up to the pc. So am I out of luck with this 5 dollar coupon? When I try to checkout with Paypal there is no "Note to Seller" section. Please help. Thanks

It is when you go to pay. You don't need instagram. Just use the code 5OFF925

I do have Paypal. That's not a problem at all paying with Paypal. But you are saying that I don't have to check out thru the Instagram 925 outdoors link? Because when I checked out through their website and you click "checkout" it takes you into your Paypal account which is great. But I can't find a Note to Seller section in my Paypal checkout. That's why I thought I had to follow the first link, the instagram link to enter the code. Thanks for helping me, I will go back to their website and try again.

Check out through their web sight. When you go through paypal the "note to seller" is right below the shipping address. Let me know if you find it.

Got it now. It was right in front of me. Feel like an idiot. I entered that into Note to Seller and it save it for me. But it kept the price the same. I assume they refund you 5 dollars back to your paypal account, is that right? Thanks for your help.

Received mine today! I'll be curious if I can utilize this on a S&W 15-22? I'll update range results when I get a chance to use it.

Go read the slide fire website I think they sell a 15-22 complete gun that includes a special muzzle break to help increase the recoil so the stock will work correctly. Good luck.

Mine came in yesterday. I'd rather pay the $95 than the $300 for a slide fire like others have stated. Someone just get the 3D printer file & just crank these out for everyone for just $10.

There doesn't seem to be any place to put in the coupon code...

When you to check out.. There is a place that says "Note to Seller" that's where the code goes.

Thanks for pointing this out. I just now realized that same info is actually in the description above, but I was looking for a "coupon code" area on the checkout page myself this weekend. Didn't find it and decided to complete the order anyway (didn't want to miss out because of $5). Looks like mine will be delivered Friday. Looking forward to checking it out.

Not sure if it's the death of the slide fire but why pay $300 when you can use 925outdoors code and get it for $94.99? I have one and there is absolutely no difference. Besides style. Works great!
