Free shipping worked for me. First it showed shipping was $9.00 but changed to free shipping at the FFL selection screen. Perhaps you did not follow the checkout process far enough.
I hate that every gun shop near me in SE PA has an exchange fee of 70 bucks, doubling the cost it is to get to me. Makes lots of deals end up being more than the gun stores are charging.
