For cheapys i like these. https://www.surplusammo.com/categories/ar-15-parts/bolt-carrier-groups.html.... Ran two hard no problems. But with what armorally is selling toocrafts for i cant see cheaping out. $99 for DLC toolcraft c158 bolt? sold. PSA has BCGs on sale for $49 now and then. They sell out fast. Unmarked toolcrafts semis just a month ago.. BCA...

No reflection on Primary Arms, but I’ve have two BCA BCG’s break extractor lips in my experience. Too frequent to be happening, IMO. If you buy one, do yourself a favor and spend another $10 on a replacement extractor from a reputable manufacturer. Or, you know, buy a different manufacturer’s BCG.

Used these in couple builds. Haven’t put thousands of rounds through either but they’ve done the job for $50. Also, BCA has lifetime warranty. Had minor issue with a complete upper I bought. The handgaurd was marked up. They just sent me a brand new handgaurd no questions asked. Great customer service.

My last experience with them was bad. You are better off.

With primary arms or with BCA BCG?
Maybe you're right, I bought some apoc BCG's which are suppose to be made by toolcraft so good to go there... I just assumed primary arms didn't sell any junk.

Primary Arms. I also bought a APOC BCG. They are good to go.

I bought some Anderson LPK's off PA a month or so back no problem there.

so other then your problem with PA do you have one of these BCA BCG's? and if so how's the quality?

I've got 2 builds im working on but im starting to think about building a 3rd "absolute cheapest possible" build and this BCG is pretty cheap as far as BCG's go.

I do not own a BCA BCG. I bought an Anderson with the black trigger. It is the worst trigger I have ever seen. Lots of creep. The rest of the parts in the LPK were fine though. I bought another LPK from Palmetto State Armory just so I could have a decent trigger.

Ya I heard the same thing about the black Anderson LPK's, I bought the stainless hammer/trigger version which is suppose to be pretty good.

I haven't built mine yet, just got in the Apoc BCG's and some other parts.. only thing left is to get a deal on the upper.

I know what I want, a 16inch mid gas with 1:7 twist.. Im flexible with the twist but it seems like every deal I come across is carbine gas.. blah! :(

I'll let ya know how the stainless Anderson trigger works out once I get them built.

Im currently sick and my doc don't want me touching oil's and chemicals so it'll be a couple months before I can build them, just collecting parts atm.
