I brought these to work with me a few times and was considering sending them back until I took them shooting. The sound isolation is great, BT music is okay, lacking in low-hz for general listening, personally I don't like listening to music with so much isolation. Phone calls and mic work fine. you can raise and lower BT audio with the buds but it doesn't have an independent mix from your connected device, it just raises and lowers on the BTdevice. I could hear the gate/limiter being activated by driving over bumps in the road or other small noises which made me concerned it was going to gate out too much, but once things got loud they worked great, conversation is intelligible and gun shots are quiet, the only ear-pro I bring out now.
@RighteousBooty, thanks for your in depth feedback, I am not an audiophile myself so some of this goes over my head and sounds like I need to learn more about hearing protection and ear buds. I am glad you found out they are a good pair or ear protection when going out to the range. I appreciate you leaving this comment.
