Before that happens, though, don’t miss out on the opportunity to get our legacy designs at a fraction of the price:The Legacy Level IV SAPI Ceramic plates are rated to stop .30 caliber armor-piercing (AP) bullets- one of the most powerful rifle rounds used in the military and one of the most powerful rounds any piece of armor can stop. They are professionally wrapped in a 600 Denier Water-Resistant cover and are manufactured in the United States. The Legacy Level IV Shooters Cut Ceramic plates are also made of advanced composite materials with a single curve design. Like the SAPI, these plates are tested to stop AP M2 rounds (military armor-piercing rifle bullets). But these plates are also are .25” thinner and .9 pounds lighter than the SAPI Ceramic; this not only gives the benefit of making it easier to carry the armor for extended periods of time but also lets you lay closer to the ground when shooting from a prone position.The Legacy Level III Lightweight UHMWPE maximizes comfort and ease of use by being one of the lightest hard armor options, being made of Polyethylene layering rather than ceramic. This means it stops the bullet by “swallowing” the round rather than taking the impact by shattering it. It also is better to wear around bodies of water due to its greater buoyancy.
