I have bought from them many times and have been very happy. I know there was some crowd funding thing that people complain about. But many web orders I have placed and received excellent products quickly. Plus I pay with a Credit card and if they don't send it then its pretty easy I file a claim and get my money back, but have never had to do that.
I bought two stripped upper receivers and only received one. I tried calling but they don't answer phone calls per there website info because they're to "busy". I sent several emails finally got a response from someone who said they were taking over customer service and had a big mess. They never sent the other receiver and no follow up from the last customer service person. I'm glad your experience has been good but there are lot of bad reviews of this company on several different websites.
Lots of bad reviews on this company. You can do a quick google search and see. Stay away.
Be careful this is a rip off company they will take your money and never send what you paid for. They won't answer the phone or return emails either this I know from personal experience.
