IMNSHO unless you really want a 12.5" 300BLK barrel from Voodoo (AA), you'd get a lot more bang for your buck picking up a 8.5-10.5" Ballistic Advantage "Modern Series" barrel for a whole lot less.
Armorally (formerly Monmouth), Granite Ridge Outfitters, and RTB (to name a few) have periodic sale for BA barrel where you can pick up a BA 300BLK for $99-109 (shipped in most cases). All Modern Series BA barrels are 4150CMV, Nitrided, and come with BA's 1MOA guarantee. If you don't know about BA barrels, you owe it to yourself to learn more.
