Same here - got an email saying there is a problem with my order and asking me to call back. After 7 minutes on hold, they tell me the gun is used and ask if I still want to continue with the order. Obviously, I do not expect them to sell me anything below their cost but at least an apology was in order (and maybe a coupon or something). I cancel the order but it turns out they are going to hold my money for 5 business days before refunding my payment. This is where I draw the line. You mess up my order and then I have to wait for my refund? Never again, Bud's!

yup same bullshit here too za63 im absolutely furious, trying to pawn off used guns on us to back out of the deal. For once in my life i wish i could catch a lucky break....

Just like I thought - got a call this morning indicating a problem with my order.Call them back, they tell me it's actually a used gun. Notice the web page this points to now indicates 'Used'. That was not the case Saturday morning.

I told him to refund my money, and that the web page indicated it was a new gun on Saturday. Rep indicated that, no, it was used, and that there were so many orders for it, they weren't sure they could fulfill all of them. I asked him why he thought there was such a glut of orders on a weekend morning for a used G23, when you can buy all those you want, anywhere at any time. I told him he was going to have lots of disappointed customers who were expecting a new gun.

This is the second time this has happened to me. Look, I understand the difficulty of inventorying thousands of unique items and presenting them on the web. But Bud's really needs to get its IT ish together.

I got the order in, but only because I happened to be up at 5:30 AM EST today.

Received an email that said it's in 'Shipping' status. I'll believe it when it shows up at my FFL. I strongly suspect this was an erroneous price on their website.

Looks like it is now indicating ''out of stock'' on buds webpage. Did anyone get this or is it too good to be true???

Saw this deal early this morning and took it.

While Bud's has generally been very reliable, we'll see if they actually honor this listing or not. A few months back, I caught a similar deal on a G27. 14 days later, it still hadn't shipped. I got a call from a representative who told me it was an incorrect listing. They refunded my money and gave me a gift certificate.

I certainly hope this deal pans out. It would be an amazing bargain if it did. This should be about a $550 pistol online.
