Fit for duty and hardcore training these uppers are stress tested in extreme conditions and through various torture testing. Like the beginning of all our great uppers, great tolerances and internal pressure testing with military spec lowers. This is a upper to take to a gunfight. That's a total of 75$ off because you failed to mention the 50$ off we took already. We pay for shipping and there is no ffl transfer back on warranty work. You did not even purchase this item you are commenting on.
We do not send blemished products out. Sometimes products get damaged from shipping this happens. We offered this customer 25$ credit or a full warranty return to fix the issue. Most companies will only offer a credit to their next purchase.
I love my 6.5 upper... I understand some things happen but this isn't a Daniel Defense or Nov... My Grendel has been flawless and I've had excellent customer service from this company. I hope everything is able to be taken care of Frankman and sorry your experience wasn't as great as mine. Give Wraith a chance, I'm glad I did.
