Intended for field use, the MRE is light, self-contained, impact-resistant, high in energy and great tasting. Includes Flameless Ration Heater to warm up meal. Each Meal Kit Supply MRE includes an entrée, side dish, bread or cracker, jam or jelly, dessert, beverage mixes, condiments and spoon. Approximately 1,345 calories per kit. Five-year shelf life.

If you like Vegatarian Ratatouil MRE's, this is somewhat of a deal since it has the heater like the ones you find at commissaries.
One day in the field someone commented that the Vegatarian ratatouil looks better on its way out. I can't confirm or deny this fact, as this flavor is one I pass on. :)
