The Springfield XD Mod.3 is a full-size striker-fired pistol chambered in 9mm Luger, offering a significant evolution of the classic XD platform. The polymer frame includes aggressively textured grip surfaces, a passive grip safety, tactile loaded-chamber indicator & striker-status indicator, and a flat-faced trigger with defined wall & clean break all combining for precise, confident shooting. In addition to enhanced ergonomics and optics integration, the XD Mod.3 retains proven safety features, including ambidextrous mag release, passive grip safety, striker deactivation lever (“grip safety”), and a tactile loaded-chamber indicator. It ships with a 16rd stainless steel magazine (plus optional 10‑round version) & its accessory-ready MIL‑STD‑1913 rail accommodates lights or lasers.
