The Daniel Defense Delta 5 is a precision bolt-action rifle designed for long-range shooting, competition shooting, and precision applications. It is built on a manually operated bolt-action system and is known for its high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. It is also suitable for hunting scenarios that require precise, long-range shots on game. It features a cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel, 20 inches for the .308 Winchester and 6.5mm Creedmoor calibers, and 24 inches for the 6.5mm Creedmoor, 6mm Creedmoor, and 7mm-08 Remington calibers. It is also available with the 18 or 26-inch barrel. The Delta 5 incorporates several unique features that enhance its precision and user experience. The rifle features an adjustable, side-folding stock with adjustable comb height and length of pull, allowing for a customized fit and comfortable shooting position, a floating bolt head design that ensures consistent headspace and accuracy, even in challenging shooting conditions, and a three-lug bolt with a 60-degree throw, providing a smooth and quick bolt manipulation.
