The FN TSR XP (Tactical Sport Rifle) is a bolt-action rifle for hunting and precision shooting. The XP in the name stands for extreme precision. The TSR is based on the renowned FN SPR, from which it inherited its accuracy and reliability, and with which it shares some parts, such as a receiver with an integral recoil lug. The FN TSR XP features a free-floating barrel, a Picatinny rail for mounting telescopic sights, and a Hogue textured over molded stock. It is available in 7.62x51mm (.308 Winchester), .300 Winchester Short Magnum, and .223 Remington. The FN TSR XP has 20 and 24-inch barrels and overall lengths of 40.5 and 44.5 inches. The capacity varies from 3 to 4 to 6 rounds, depending on the caliber.
