With the most recent version of the AR-12, the TAR12P, Tokarev has achieved the ideal balance of functions and design. The control and functionality of the AR-12 are comparable to those of the AR-15 and M16 rifles. This shotgun features exquisitely designed polymer furniture with a great feel comparable to Houge. The buttstock incorporates an ergonomic pistol grip and an integrated recoil pad. The full weaver rail is on the flat top receiver. The modularity of the Picatinny parts on the forearm gives it a traditional flair close to the muzzle. It's chambered for both 2 3/4" and 3" shells. It includes a complete choke set and flip-up sights. All common AR-12 / MKA-12 - FR-99 style shotgun magazines and drums are compatible with the Tokarev TAR12P. The shotgun is smooth, quick, and dependable.
