Ruger's LC Carbine Semi-Auto Rifle with Threaded Barrel is a special system that accepts Ruger® 5.7 magazines, making it possible for this carbine and the Ruger 5.7 pistol to work flawlessly together in shared mag use. The LC Carbine maintains the same controls as its pistol counterpart and weighs less than 6 lbs. The bolt-over-barrel construction provides the shooter with a sturdy and well-balanced platform. The reversible folding design of the folding stock and adjustable length-of-pull make it simple to use for both left- and right-handed shooters. The charging handle can also be switched. A thread protector from Ruger is included with the 16.25" barrel, which is threaded for a muzzle device. M-LOK® slots on the CNC-milled handguard allow for total end-user customisation. Flip-up sights from Ruger's Rapid Deploy help with storage in small spaces. Most people are familiar with the 1911-style ambi safety, and Ruger's Secure ActionTM fire control system features an internal hammer that is shielded and a bladed safety trigger that provides a positive reset and smooth, crisp trigger break. On each side of the receiver is a QD sling swivel slot.
