Just picked up my EG240 from lgs. Firearm arrived damaged and non-functional. Charging handle bent, mashed flat against receiver. Per manufacturer: THIS FIREARM REQUIRES SPECIAL TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES TO DISASSEMBLE! END USER NOT PERMITTED TO DISASSEMBLE! No one tells you this pre-purchase. Interestingly, Palmetto State Armory has comments disabled for this product even though they continue to sell it. I doubt PSA would have comments/reviews disabled if people wanted to rave about how wonderful their experience was with this item. Makes me very suspicious about whats going on behind the scene. We'll see what happens when I contact PSA and send them photos of the damage.
