The company that produces Zuber ammunition was established in 1960 at Malatya, Turkey by Mr. Ziya Gürel under the name of Gurel Hunting Market. The first branch was opened in 1975 in Istanbul. Turkey with a second location was established in 1987 at Ankara, Turkey. In 2006, Gürel Hunting Market established Gürel Hunting Cartridges Industry and Trade Co. in order to produce Hunting and Blank Cartridges and Shotshells. Since 2007, their products have been manufactured in Şabanözü, Çankırı and they have been enjoyed by sportsmen and shooters worldwide.
