Don't risk it. I couldn't resist the price and ordered one of these from Primary Arms a while back. On that one the bolt would barely rotate by hand in the carrier. This vendor deserves credit for providing the warning. Primary Arms did not provide one but thankfully let me return it when I noticed that it wasn't right.
