Only certain Tisas firearms produced during a certain time period have the potential problem and are subject to the recall. The firearms produced after Tisas learned of the potential problem do not have the potential problem and are not subject to the recall. Regarding the Nightstalker 45 that is being advertised here, If the firearm has a SN higher/later than "T0620-24AK00873" the firearm is not affected and no action is required. At this point I think it would be unlikely that you'd receive one from a reputable dealer that is still subject to the recall. Prior to purchasing you could call the seller and verify that the firearm you'll receive is GTG as is. (Not subject to the recall)
Tisas firearms that have already been upgraded due to the recall can be identified by a mark that will be stamped into the frame, remove the mainspring housing to locate. Cases will also have a QC Approved sticker affixed.

What’s the deal with these?I checked the UPC and these guns are part of a recall. I really like these and plan on getting either this one or a commander version if possible. Just not sure why they still keep popping up.
