Yeah, hunting partridge witha .357 is really overkill.
Those S&W Partridges are delicious! I season mine with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary and then grill them over medium heat for 4 minutes per side.
Love my 5" 686 Plus Pro. Not as aesthetically pleasing as a nice 6" full lug in my opinion but good enough to dispatch any of those pesky patridge in a pear tree.
A 5" is a great compromise length for a .357. I would love to see more 5" revolvers out there in other calibers.
Agreed, I enjoy my 3" Taurus 692. 158 gr loads work well in it with good velocity.
Make them like the real Smiths of the 60s, 70s & 80s. No Hillary Hole!
If only S&W would dump the MIM hammer and trigger, and useless lock....
