This ad says "vault." The website says "This firearm is a Springfield Vault Gun that may be like new, refurbished, and/or a rep sample/tradeshow display gun." Then again, ... "Note: This is a "Vault" model, which is a representative/sample and trade‑show display firearm." These are not "used guns that have been refurbished," as someone stated. "Used" is a specific designation as it applies to firearms transfers, and "refurbished" doesn't require it to be "used" first. My samples have been pristine, unfired, some "handling" marks in the form of fingerprints, but not "used." The condition refers to cosmetic appearance from handling as it applies to the transfer. Gunbuyer has had many models available for as many weeks. To get a display TRP for $900 is a very good deal, and as with all factory inspected guns, this has a full mechanical warranty. I've made many purchases from Gunbuyer without issue. To each his own, but I think you can buy with confidence that there isn't any slight of hand here.

Be aware that these firearms that are sold with the branding of "vault" are used guns that have been refurbished. As long as people understand and know this then they can make a decision on buying these guns. I will say that as soon as you click the link, it will explain this on the website. It would just be nice to have it included in the description here.
