Designed for law enforcement, but available to everyone, this complete AR-15 upper assembly from Spikes Tactical has a mid length gas system. It features a 16" government profile Mil-Spec barrel with 1:7" twist, a Spikes Tactical Mil-Spec bolt carrier group and F-marked A2 front sight base. It has mid-length handguards and an A2 flash hider. This upper assembly just needs your completed lower receiver to be a great modern sporting rifle.

Yes. Bcg and c/h included. Lanbos' prices on everything is pretty damned good.
This is a great price if BCG and CH are included but Lanbo's description does not include them. So, do I go with Spikes description or Lanbo's?
Great deal for Spike's upper. These are $590 direct from Spike's Tactical. This is a top quality upper with a lifetime guarantee. And yes, it includes the complete bolt carrier group and charging handle. All it needs is optics or a rear sight. Spike's part number is STU5035-MLS for this assembly.
