Hi Livinitup1976,
Thank you for the kind words. It means the world to us that shoppers are understanding that we've got a lot to learn and are doing our best to adapt. As I mentioned to another user who posted here, it's scary being a selling dealer and putting this stuff out on the internet. We are trying to get better at all this stuff online but I'm not a tech savvy guy, just a gun nut like you all are. We are working through some technical issues with our website provider right now and look forward to getting things refined and more shopper friendly.
Regarding your question about military/first responder programs..
Right now, we've tried to focus on having the best pricing for everyone. Any discounts, coupons, or savings are factored into our selling price online. Be careful though, because those dreaded credit card fees get tacked on in addition to the pricing. Sorry about that. We are also working on that.
I can share that many manufacturers have discounts and incentives for first responders, LE, military, and Veteran customers. Every company has their own rules/programs, so they vary greatly. If you've got a specific item in mind, I'd be happy to share the specifics of the manufacturer incentives available. Some of these programs are also region specific, so that gets complicated too (an example would be Glock and their Blue Label program). While we can't ship Blue Label Glocks outside our home territory, I'd be glad to share the names of retailers in your area who offer the same discounts and can also let you know what BL pricing would be on these models. Again, Glock is just one example. They're all different. If we can help you find a deal I'll do my best to try. Thanks again for your comment on here. We don't really have an online profile yet so I appreciate you commenting here. Hopefully if we care for our online shoppers like we help our in-store retail customers, everyone can get a decent deal and great service. That's the goal at least :)
Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. You can comment on here or feel free to email [email protected] and I'll reply privately to you.
Kindly,
Phil

Academy has the manual safety version of this in stock at many of their stores for $499; you could avoid the shipping fee, FFL fee, unknown vendor, and BS handling fee ordering directly through them. Assuming you are fine with the safety and have a Academy Sports local.
If you are prior military they normally discount guns 5%-10% (depending on store / person on duty) as well.
Hello Dr. Hoo,
We try to price our guns to be the best overall value to the customer. Our sale price of $459 would have the added $19.99 shipping and 3% credit card fee. We are working with the website people to change the way this "bs handling fee" is disclosed, as we are all about transparency for shoppers. Been selling guns since 2005 in our retail stores, but this website stuff is a learning curve for us. I appreciate your input and feedback, as this helps us learn how to better serve our online customers. Thanks again, Guns2U.
Oh I forgot to add that most customers don't pay sales tax for guns we ship to their FFL. So picking one up locally would need that cost factored into consideration. That being said, we encourage you to buy local if possible. The sales taxes you pay to the local stores helps fund your community fire departments, teachers, road construction, etc.. I like minimizing taxes as much as the next guy, but thought we should point this out. Hopefully taking all variables into consideration, our pricing will be the best value for some shoppers. Thanks again for taking the time to post comments. We appreciate the chance to learn what is important to gun shoppers online.
Thanks for the reply and note I am not the original person who mentioned the "handling fee," I merely reiterated their statement.
But personally, I do think that should be included in the price of the firearm, not tacked on at the end of the transaction. Kudos for you working to get that fee added more up front however I'd suggest just including it into the overall gross margins of the product itself. That is what a consumer would expect when buying any other product, the sticker price + tax (and shipping if applicable), nothing else. However and obviously, this is your business to run as you wish.
That being said, you still did have the (at listing) lowest price available for SKU 14416. Just nowhere near as low as advertised, OTD, after handling and CC fees.
Thanks again and have a wonderful day.
Hi Dr. Hoo,
Thanks again for the kind communication. Posting a response as the dealer on here was scary because I was afraid of what internet commenters might say. I appreciate your politeness. May I ask you input on this cc fee thing? Like you, I thought the best thing was to show the sale price inclusive of all fees, processing, etc. But when we had it set that way, the complaints I heard were from buyers in states where they have to pay sales tax on these online purchases. Those people told me they didn't like the fee being included into the price because it meant they were paying sales tax on it. I'm not sure we can make everyone happy, but we're sure trying to please as many shoppers as possible. Thanks again for taking the time to comment. Please reach out to me if you need anything at all. btw, I'm Phil. you can always email me if you didn't want to post something publicly. It would go to [email protected] and that routes right to me. Thanks again for taking your time to interact. Have a super Sunday!
Honestly the CC is a tough cookie, clearly you guys have to pass that on but perhaps add another option to bypass so people have the option to not pay it (like direct bank drafts, electronic checks, etc...assuming you don't offer that already)? Some vendors do give that option but on the other side of things, from a consumer's standpoint, there are little protections for the transaction if something does wrong. That 3% has pro's and con's. I'd rather pay the CC fee than give my routing number to a random website because even if they are honest, doesn't mean they haven't been hacked, or could be later.
Regarding sales tax being worked into the handling fees, again just my opinion, however I'd rather know about something being $15-20 more upfront than being (perhaps) overcharged on the back end by $1-2 in sales tax for a service or fee that may not be taxable in my state. I could see someone complaining either way, so like you alluded to, can't please everyone ;)
FWIW, You seem like a good guy Mr. Phil. It appears you are trying your best to run his business as honestly as possible, while making a fair profit for himself and family. I hope to do business with you soon!
P.S. And yes, we have a few crazies on this website, so your fear of "internet commenters" is in no way irrational.
Hi Dr. Hoo,
Thanks again for your kind words. We do ok with our in store retail customers, and are trying to get our "sales-through-service" approach to be accessible to a wider audience through this new website. Sending guns all over the U.S. is kind of exciting, really.
I do appreciate your candid comments and as said before, we value your feedback. Thanks again for taking some time on a Sunday to chat. We wish you the best and hope you find some sweet gun deals.
Sincerely,
Phil

I just attempted to order because they were lowest price with lowest shipping. Just before hitting place order I noticed they added an undisclosed handling fee of 15 dollars. I closed the window and ordered from the next seller down.
Hi ChiefJoseph101,
Several shoppers have pointed out the way that stupid fee pops up way at the end. We think it sucks too. I guess its the 3% credit card processing fee we pay on each transaction, and the way it displays now is as a "handling fee". Currently working with the website people to display the credit card fee up front, and trying to figure out the best way to be open and transparent about stuff like this. Its a lot harder to do this on the internet compared to in the stores, so I appreciate your patience while we iron out the issues and work to get better. Sorry for the confusion you encountered. We do appreciate your input and comments. Please reach out with any other comments or feedback as I'll do my best to accommodate. Thanks again for shopping Guns2U.
Has anyone ever ordered a gun from this dealer? Trust pilot returns no information on this web site and I can't find any info on it. I suspect it's a fraud web site.
Hey mc1635,
Thanks for the comment. Until this morning, I didn't know we could see shopper comments or respond. Please forgive the delayed response.
We've been retailing firearms since 2005, but the whole world seems to be shopping online now so we added this new website. Our old website never posted anything to gun.deals, so this is a big learning curve for us. I can assure you that we are a real FFL and sell lots of guns, which is exactly what a scammer would say, so yeah. I guess feel free to reach out to me and I'd gladly discuss any concerns or questions you might have. Thanks for your comment and feedback. We appreciate you helping us learn how to get better. I didn't even know what trust pilot was (guns guy here, not computer savvy at all) FYI this email was typed by a real human person, in the United States, on 7-13-25. Thanks again, Phil at Guns2U

I really appreciate a seller being so responsible and articulate in their responses to the public and potential customers on here. It truly shows the transparency and good, caring, customer service! I definitely will check this seller first on my next purchase. It goes a LONG way with me to see a seller so open to advice and even constructive criticism. So thank you!
PS Do you guys offer any military/first responder discounts?
