No issues with mine. Bought the comp version and no issues with it either. I like it for pocket carry and the wife likes it as well, which makes it 5 out of 5 stars for me!

I have about 400rds through mine without any issues. Everything was tight when I got it, but its loosening up now. I did follow the instructions to clean before shooting the for the first time which is something many people ignore. Amazing for the size and extremely accurate. My groups were so tight, after my first few mags my wife said that gun was made for you. Comfortable to hold, even with my XL hands. A full mag is a bit tough to load with the slide forward, but no problem if you insert with the slide back and keep one in the chamber. A much better 9+0/1 than a 10+0/1 for most people. I don't mind how tight it is as it is a lot of incredible engineering that went into making such an incredible pistol this small.

I've ran 3 examples and all were very inaccurate, they functioned flawlessly and would do just fine at 7yds but for some reason with a variety of ammo they are broadside of barn accurate.

Excellent pistol. I have 1000 rounds of Blazer and a few hundred rounds of Winchester through mine and have had zero failures. I did replace the sites with XS Sights R3D's, which made it much easier to get a good sight picture in low light. The magazines are challenging to fully load the last round without something like an Uplula, but they have loosened up a bit. They are also hard to seat on a closed chamber if you don't send them home with authority. I carry Federal HST's in mine daily and fully trust it to work if I need it to.

I came very close to getting one. I wouldn’t trust it if needed for protection after reading reviews. Gonna go for the SA Hellcat instead.

Other than the one review on here mentioning reliability issues, I've heard that it's very good; substantially better than the Bodyguard 380 1.0

Also, I wouldn't compare this to a Hellcat; the S&W Shield Plus is more comparable to the Hellcat. or Sig P365. Even though those are small, thin handguns, the Bodyguard 2.0 is much smaller. I carry a P365, but want to get a Bodyguard 2.0 for times when I need something extra small, such as for pocket carry (with a pocket holster, of course).

S&W often does rebates for either cash or some free magazines, etc., so I'm probably going to wait until they have something like that going on.

I think I will get the Performance Center one.

My buddy and I have both had issues with ours. FTE every other mag , FTF hollow points , and my mag will eject with the slightest bump of the release button. I can’t trust it to carry.

It’s a fine gun. When it works.

This sounds like the Bodyguard 1.0 with the mag eject problem. I experienced the same when I tried it at the range, garbage compared to the 2.0. Although same in name, they are two completely different pistols. The 2.0 is an amazing gun.

Thanks for this. Thought I wanted one but after hearing this I’m going to steer clear until a Gen 2 comes out.

I don't know what kind of folks buy new platforms and models for personal defense, but let me take a moment and thank all of them for beta testing our future ccw models and guns

So how's your musket for ccw? Lord knows your not into these "new" models. No way we should be carrying anything beyond your civil war era musket right? Haha. I am just kidding so don't get your panties in a wad.

It’s too bad they’re not as cool as you.

Been out at least a year. I think it’s ok to carry one by now
