I bought this tool over a year ago. While it does work, it's not a great one. You can definitely swap out sights with it, but you have to be very careful aligning it and make sure to add padding between your slide and the tool. I used business cards and they worked well. Otherwise you will end up scratching your slide all to hell. There is also a lot of play in the piece that actually pushes the sight. I had to help it along with a small hammer so it wouldn't bind up.
Looks like a Wheeler knock-off.
