Disappointed in the fit and finish on mine. Slide release is comically stiff, kid and wife can’t get the slide to drop- hardest to release of any handgun I’ve had in 40 years. Very disappointed as I paid near full retail at the LGS.
You just got to keep shooting it and it'll smooth out and loosen up.its a common trait with blowback 22 pistols. Keep it well oiled and clean. A couple thousand rounds and she'll be like a sewing machine.
I got one with the optic for my wife for $350 on gun deals a few months ago. It has been a pretty decent setup for that price. Honestly, though, I would go with the TX22 over this one. I got the TX22 with a range bag and 5 mags for $300 on here as well. It is a bit easier to manipulate for smaller (female) hands. My daughter has put about 500 rounds through it with zero issues.
