If you are comparing those two shotty's....you missed the point entirely.
This is a golf cart and the Beretta is your daily workhorse truck. They don't belong in the same use category (or conversation) yet both can fit happily in the same garage (or gun safe). I have no regrets for owning both either ;)
I paid about $875 +- for my Beretta 1301Tactical and no regrets.
You get what you pay for. Cheap is cheap. Buy quality products, buy once cry once. I hope you get the parts and get them fixed.
This is a range toy, that is all it is. For $200 or even $600 (maybe even $1200) you aren't going to get a 'good' semiauto bullpup. As long as you realize this is nothing more than a fun gun, you'll be fine. Honestly, even if you "buy once cry once" on a far more expensive semiauto bullpup shotgun, you'll still be crying when you realize how useless a 12ga bullpup is for anything outside of just plinking....so kinda defeats of purpose (IMO) of throwing a bunch of money at a shotty with no practical purpose.
FWIW, I don't have this but I do have a BTS12. My understanding is, part for part, they are functionally identical outside of cosmetic changes. Runs cheap Walmart birdshot all day without issue. For the $250-ish paid at Dunham's...I can't complain.
Total junk, don't fall for the low price! Mine broke on the 35th round, and the repair part the manufacturer promised me over two months ago never arrived. It's a wallhanger, not fit for actual ammo.
