The Turks are dominating the cheap us pistol market, what a bargain this is, unreal what they are able to produce and deliver here for profit.
At this point why would anyone be buying a highpoint? Crazy the kind of pistols a person can buy now for well under $200.
Man I'd be all over buying a couple more of this particular line of SAR pistols if they would of just made these optics ready slides. My eyes these days are not what they once were. These tiny black sights are a bit tough for me to find, especially for follow up shots. Even still this is a fantastic deal. One of the best deals on this site at the moment.
Stainless slide version is only $5 more at $179.99.

One of the best buys on gundeals at the moment. Excellent handguns at an unbelievable price. If you're not a brand snob and need an affordable pistol for home defense or for CCW then you can't go wrong with SAR. They are turning out multiple lines of Uber affordable guns that have rock solid reliability, are well made and accurate. My favorite imported brand, I can't say enough good about them.

That's what I see. I really don't need this. I do love my SAR 2000. I kinda feel like this is a hammer fired canik mc9. Port it and make it a poor man's MC9 Prime.
Mc9 is extremely unreliable. This one is. Overall Sar is eons more reliable and far better value than those range toys / fashion items caniks
Sorry, no. One I mentioned the Prime, not the standard version. No spring changes or need to run hot ammo. Haven't read about any reliability issues after breaking in. My Rival has zero issues and runs fine with everything I've put in it from BPS, Blazer and Magtech to Speer gold. Should approach 2k rounds in the next month.

Go to "My Account"
Click on the tab for "Blocked Deal Settings"
Type in "Palmetto State" and their name should pop up.
Then add them to your block list. = No more PSA
Bought this gun for the wifey with a pink frame. This gun is basically a CZ clone. Wife loved the gun so much, low recoil, accurate and dependable only thing I wish it had was a decocker. It is the 1 mag series but mags easily available. Even though the wife now owns a performance center .380 ez, she still loves this gun and always brings it to the range.
Wow this is SUCH a good deal! At this price I'm buying 2. No way I would consider buying junk like hi point and or the "ring of fire" type guns made from stuff like zamak and inferior materials. These are absolute rock solid, reliable and accurate pistols. The Turks are making seriously good firearms at unbelievable prices! I welcome them to our market and have bought several of their offerings with no regrets. I've done extensive testing on several of the Turkish made guns and have nothing but positive reviews for them all. How they make money is beyond me...they are helping keep our domestic manufacturers reasonably priced and fair as well.
