Not that bad for the price of course this is an example of the get what you pay for deal, mine shoots wonderful now,out of the box action was very gritty and hard to cycle some simple deburring and polishing and a few other tweaks couple hundred thru it she shoots as great as one would expect

If you want perfect out of the box, you're paying twice this for a lever gun. But with a little work and very little skill, you can make one of these look and run really great.

I think functional out of the box for $500 is reasonable. I wasn't expecting henry or marlin quality, but also not expecting ftf and fte.

I wish I hadn't heard so many bad reviews on these. From what I've heard, they should ship with a gunsmith. But the price is tempting.

I have one in 454 cassul as my pack gun(live in ak). Best gun I own.

The only problem I've had with mine was it came with a couple of sharp edges (on receiver and loading gate). I like AKs so I'm used to stuff like that. Mine is a .357 though.

I've had feed/eject issues on the .357 because of how rough the machining is, appears to be more common that you might think.

Hey Rossi, bring back the ranch hand!

If they'll put the Stainless 16" in .357 mag. for this price I'm buying.
