What bad experience have you had with the firearm? Please elaborate.
I have one of these, as well as a VRPA-40. I have probably 800-900 shells through the VRPA-40, and have had a fantastic time with them. I may have had 2-3 feeding issues (both with the same mag) during that time. I bought the VRPF-14 2 months ago and it is back at RIA (hopefully) getting it's reliability issues sorted. There wasn't any chamfering or beveling done to the barrel's feed ramp; and rounds were getting hung up. The VRPA, which has an identical action, doesn't have this problem.
Is the barrel thick enough to thread for remchoke?
This is based off the vrpa40 shotgun, which has a lot of great reviews.
Has anyone received one of these from Palmetto? Ordered one 6/27 and still not shipped.
They have responsive customer service, update us if you get a response I’m getting one too and want to know the wait time lol.
Rusty: Comes with one 5 round mag but also uses the VR series 9 and 19 round mags.

I was a bit confused, the title says comes with 1 free 19 round mag, but didn't see anything in PSA about it.
I've had mine a year. Only 2 issues...it doesn't like roll-crimped shells, and the Pic rail screws are different sizes so be sure to install properly or you'll either break a screw, or jam one into the barrel preventing barrel removal. Otherwise, this is a GREAT home/truck gun!!! Accurate, reliable, and lighter than a mossberg. It's well made and is a SNAP to clean because the entire trigger assembly comes out in 1 piece. I put on recoil straps front and rear, a rubber grip sleeve, and plasti-dipped the forend. Now it sticks to my hands & unloading a huge mag is easy!
