This barrel is made especially for Palmetto State Armory by FN Manufacturing using their proprietary blend of hammer forged chrome molly vanadium that is referred to as "Machine Gun Steel" by virtue of its use in FN's M249 and M240 weapons. The hammer forging process work hardens the steel, making it more durable. In addition, the chrome process for the bore allows for a lining almost twice as thick as a standard M16 for enhanced durability.
Upper: Forged 7075-T6 A3 AR upper is made to MIL-SPECS and hard coat anodized black for durability. These uppers are T-Marked engraved. Upper includes Rock River Arms A2 Rear Sight.

I'm guessing dude is just a jilted customer who f-ed up his own gun then wanted PSA to eat his mistake.
FWIW, PSA's QC and CS used to be pretty unreliable in the past (50/50 if a gun PSA branded gun would have issues pre 2018-ish), but the last few years they have 100% reliable and I haven't had to contact their CS so cannot comment there. And yes, they do ship decently quick as well. I'm in NC and they are most in SC so I normally get my orders within 48-72 hours.
The only thing I will say as I really don't like PSA's pricing games. How their prices and "free" shipping seesaw back and forth endlessly. Free shipping = $20-$30 price increase, lower sale price = no more "free shipping" during the "sale." Seems 2 sets of SKU's just flip flop back and forth between which is (allegedly) discounted from week to week. But their prices are mostly reasonable, S/H seems to be per item which can add up rather quickly.
That being said....I'd be poor if I lived within a reasonable driving distance of one of their B&M stores ;)

Any body else annoyed at this "cool_hand_luke and his alt account ""lukehabu" constantly trolling and down voting at every opportunity on PSA adds? He constantly says the same thing" stay away" yet has never explained why or what makes him troll PSA ads? Like seriously tell us what the actual reason is or your experience? Otherwise shut up and stop the trolling PSA. Maybe he's a competitor and if so that's just plain stupid and bad business practices.I MHS have bought several guns and related parts over the years and have never had any complaints or issues. Always has relatively fast shipping, good prices and quality has been good for the money. And NO I am not affiliated with PSA, just a long time member here. Almost 10 years
