I agree that the Right to Bear trigger felt better subjectively. I put wolff springs on the PSA and that helped.

After ordering one of these PSA triggers , I prefer the Right to Bear version. https://www.righttobear.com/dealoftheday.asp...

It is a bit smother and mine break at 5.25 lbs.

How does it feel? Take up, weight, etc?

Zero take up and a very crisp break. Its not light, about 7.5 lbs. I have JP Springs ordered because its definitely worth spending another $10 on now.

I agree. Mine has just a hint of take-up but clean crisp break. Not light but great for carrying in the woods hunting. I just received my second one.

Very impressive FCG for the money. Much better than the factory Colt LE6920 trigger!

Good as my ALG Defense at half the price! I love mine. Huge improvement over mil spec. Shipped fast. Yea the $8.50 shipping sucks if you just need that one little part. I try to find a reason to buy other parts to make that shipping cost NOT seem so bad. I still think it is a decent trigger at $38.49 w S&H. Thinking about buying another.

I ordered 2, to split the shipping with a buddy. Good bang for the buck, clean, gritless break.

PSA shipping always sucks for when you need to buy that little part. They should take a lesson from Primary Arms.

I specifically did NOT buy it because of the ridiculous shipping cost.

I love PSA but there are too many other alternatives out there to pay those ridiculous prices.

^^^ Truth!!! I'd be much more likely to order random smaller things if I could get teh $4.50'ish shipping like I get from Primary Arms. I like PSA, but I HATE their shipping prices.

PSA EPT Triggers: 3years later and free shipping on these triggers is like the elusive unicorn. Come on PSA, at least give free shipping in >+ up Qtys. These triggers do rock however. ALG what?

And PSA shipping is still slow as F, compared to Primary Arms.

How do you think this compares to the ALG defense ? I have one of those and I think it alot more than a stock milspec . Alot crisper

I have both triggers in identical PSA AR 15 lowers. I've installed trigger adjustment screws in each. The PSA trigger compares favorably with the ALG Defense. If anything, the ALG trigger seems to have a slightly crisper break. Otherwise, they are pretty close. With the trigger adjustment screw to take up the creep, this is an inexpensive but noticeable upgrade (if you want to stick with a one stage trigger) to the standard mil-spec trigger. I also installed this PSA trigger in a PSA PA-10 (.308). Also a nice cheap upgrade. A little more creep than in the AR 15 but much better than the stock trigger.

Anyone know if the 'nickel' finish that the PSA trigger has is electroless nickel phosphorus, Nickel Boron, or Nickel Teflon?

Yup. Ridiculous.
