Size? I’ve got a 20” pistol looking for a ride
It sounds like this single shoulder strap sling bag from Amazon would be a good ride for your 20" pistol. Read the description, Q&A section and reviews. Take a look at the customer uploaded images too. - https://www.amazon.com/wolfslaves-Tactical-Shoulder-Backpack-Hunting/dp/...
I received one as a gift. Based on the price, I am quite impressed. The zippers and buckles aren't YKK quality, but they are definitely a notch up from many of the Chinese pack zippers. The PALS webbing seems well stitched, and other features like the carry handle have box stitching. I also like the compression buckle design (it makes packing the thing with heavy items a little more forgiving), and I like that the zipper goes almost the whole way to the bottom so access is easy (another pack I have doesn't zip all the way down on one side due to a water bottle holder, which makes access a lot harder). Internal organization is decent - the front part is a lot like a school backpack. There are certainly some corner cuts, for example the waist strap isn't the best, but for the price ($20 on sale) it's hard to go wrong if you are looking for a 3-day-sized pack.
