Viking Firearms VALKNUT 9mm 2011 Pistol. Its name is a Norse term meaning "knot of the slain warrior"

The Viking Valknut is a 9mm, semi auto, single action pistol with a 5" Bull barrel with their Gerr port system consisting of 4 center ports and two nostril ports. Gerr: Old Norse meaning: "perfect", "complete" or "fully effective. This type of staggered oblong porting keeps the muzzle extremely flat with little to no muzzle rise; while maintaining that responsive feel and cycling speeds without feeling sluggish as some large comped or over ported guns can produce. The slide & frame are both 17-4 stainless steel and are finished in black DLC with polished flats. The Valknut has an aluminum double stack grip with safety delete and is anodized black with an amazing texture that has plenty of grip but not overly aggressive. The barrel, ambi safety, magwell, trigger, hammer, mag release, slide release, grip screws all done in copper PVD. Thie Valknut comes with a VF Savior pistol case, Two 20 Round Magazines, VF patch and VF keychain.
