Mine had 3 major issues: factory mags didn't lock back on last round. Right side slide stop came loose dangling around. Right side safety engages at a 10th of an inch preventing the gun to shoot. 2 warranty fix attempts by OA Defense only solved the mag issue by replacing the original mags with Magpul ones. The rest is still an issue with OA Defense refusing to fix it. I strongly recommend to stay clear of this manufacturer as they are not honoring their warranty duty. Get the SIG SAUER P221GTO instead as it is ambidextrous as well but SIG honors their warranty in case of issues. OA Defense sucks big time. I am giving the gun to my gunsmith for fixing. I will replace the safety with the one from Wilson combat. The slide stop wobbling is more difficult but I think I have a plan that should work. OA Defense is the last company you should give your hard earned cash.
