Description
The Noveske Rifleworks Gen 3 Afghan AR-15 complete upper receiver is built around a 14.5" cold hammer forged barrel chambered in 5.56 NATO. This barrel features a Mid-Length gas system, 1:7 twist rate, and comes with a Dead Air KeyMo flash hider installed for easily mounting a suppressor. The low profile gas block has been pinned to the barrel for added durability and the 13.5" NSR handguard extends past the gas system. this free float handguard features a full length top rail and plenty of M-LOK slots for endless customization.

The upper receiver has been machined from a billet of 7075-T6 aluminum and features a hardcoat type III anodizing with an added topcoat of Cerakote for superior wear resistance. This upper also comes with a Geissele Super Ambidextrous charging handle and a Nitride finished forward assist. The bolt carrier is Manganese Phosphate coated with Chrome lined internals, the grade 8 gas key bolts are properly stakes, and the bolt itself is made from Carpenter 158 steel which has been high pressure tested and magnetic particle inspected.
