The Monstrum Cyborg 4x Micro Prism Scope is a prism scope optic with a fixed 4x magnification. It comes with our all-new Ultracompakt prism optic assembly making it shorter and lighter than previous generation prism optics.
Why choose a prism scope over a red dot sight?
Sharper reticle than a red dot sight
Works with or without illumination
Prism scopes can be offered with magnification
The Cyborg is built atop our all-new Ultracompakt prism optic assembly - 27% shorter and 23% lighter than our previous generation prism scopes. It comes with an integrated 1.5 inch riser mount for true co-witnessing with your front sight. The picatinny base mounts to any standard picatinny mounting platform.
It offers five levels of illumination in both red and green powered by a single CR2032 battery (included with purchase). The Cyborg features electronic push button illumination controls. This model comes with power saver mode. Activate the illumination to turn on shake awake mode - the dot will automatically shut off after ten minutes and re-activate instantly upon movement.
All Monstrum products are now protected by our Full Lifetime Warranty.

I'd be curious how good these optics are? I mean for $60 it'd probably be worth at least throwing on one of my .22 AR's, or one of my PCC's. I like the reticle and not having a dot like a lot of these optics. When shooting at range, sometimes the dots themselves end up blocking the target too much, especially on higher MOA optics. I also like the fact you get both red and green reticle choices in varying brightness settings. If anyone already has one of these and care to share your opinion and experience with it, I'm all ears.
Don't have one (yet; I took the plunge at the sale price) but one of the reviews in the product info on their site mentioned the owner had it on a PCC (that had chewed thru some earlier scopes) w/ no complaints [similar to springer air-guns, blow-back PCCs tend to have some jarring vibes from the bolt hitting the stop that wreaks havoc on budget equipment.]
I got the Monstrum Ruckus which is the 3x version of this for one of my .22s and I love it. Seems quality for the price point. I actually like the reticle on it a bit more than my more expensive Primary Arms and Hawk prisms. The only reason I am not getting this one is because I ran out of 22s to mount optics on, if my 10/22 didn’t already have a 3-9x scope on it, I would get it for that. Even as I am typing I am reconsidering not buying it as that scope is a cheap one and my 10/22 may be going on a more tactical type stock soon that will not lend itself to a scope. Do with this info what you will but I would buy a monstrum again for light 22 work, especially at this price.

I'm biased but you can check the customer reviews on our site or on Amazon.
