Description

Put A Folding Stock On Any AR-Pattern Rifle! Law Tactical's steel adapter enables installation of a folding stock on any AR-15 to create a smaller-profile rifle for easy deployment from a vehicle or transport in non-permissive environments. Works with standard gas impingement OR gas piston system. Accepts A2, mil-spec M4-style, and commercial carbine receiver extension tube and almost any stock that fits them. Compatible with all standard bolt carrier groups, including full-auto and .308 size. Single-button operation for quick folding and unfolding and steel locking latch keeps stock securely in place when extended. Gen3-M has a lowered hinge to avoid interference when charging the weapon, and a setscrew keeps the adapter securely affixed to the receiver. Hinge tension is adjustable so you can choose how stiff the folding mechanism is. Includes special bolt carrier extension (no tools to install/remove). Current version utilizes standard buffer retaining pin and spring. Stock adapter features Ionbond DLC coating.

Calling people a commie cause they think its overpriced, makes you look like a real idiot, which you probably are considering you user name. Testosterone. what the hell is that supposed to mean? You one of those Alpha male assholes, who likes to beat their wife when she looks at them the wrong way? You're SBR is probably a wireless plastic one used for a video game. Enough. Get it. Let people have their own views when they don't agree with a product on here even if you do.

You're the commie / socialist.
Giving your hard earned money to support someone else is called socialism. And that's exactly what you suggest we do.

Just because I don't want to waste my money on something that i personally can't see why it cost so much for what it is and question why that is, it does not make me a communist nor a pauper. I can certainly afford it, but i'm not going to give my hard earned money just to support someone else's needs,, that's socialism.

And no one said go buy the cheap, made-for-airsoft, chicom crap.
All I asked was why can't an American company make something like this at a reasonable price when the Chicom companies can not only make them cheaper but also ship them from the other side of the world for far less.
Maybe they should crank up the production volume to lower the per unit costs and then lower their margins a bit to make it more affordable, and make up the profits in volume.. not an economist, just spit balling.

I may not be any type of secret squirrel tier one operator, but as a vet (US ARMY, 89-93) I have little bit of an idea of what a reliable weapon should be.
This device, whether made from steel, titanium, aluminum, or unobtanium, is nothing but another possible point of failure, and i truly find it hard to believe that anyone who truly depends on their rifle for their life would use this. I know if it was me, I would not consider having yet another possible point of failure onto my primary weapon.
Let's not kid ourselves, this item is strictly a "tacticool" add-on.
If it was priced right would i buy one, fuck yeah, one for the rifle and one for the sbr.
Why?, cause i'm not out fighting ISIS in the sandbox or chasing el chapo.
I'm just some middle aged dude shooting paper targets at the range and it looks cool. Will it fail the one time i might have to use it to defend my home,, probably not. Will it fail out in the sandbox or in the bush,, not definately, but far more likely to do so than it would in my house, fresh out of the gun safe.

And as for calling me a communist, you can go fuck yourself.

Um, its actually capitalism at it's best. Supply and demand. People demand cheaper. And China is going to be supplying them. While every American company think any simple product is their ticket of getting rich. Go ahead and blame another country for our problems. Just watch it fail...

By the way, why the hell are you on gun.deals? Shouldn't you be buying everything at full American price instead of finding deals? According to you, Isn't Slickgun anti American? ROFL.

I would love to stuff the AR pistol into a smaller bag, but not at >$200. Make it under $100 for this minor convenience to tempt me!

This should be a 50 or 60$ part at most.
I know it's all steel and what have you, but if the chinese airsoft companies can knock these off and crank them out in aluminium and sell them for under 40 w/ shipping from china, why can't "we" make one here in the US for a reasonable price? Sure their cost of labor is less, and all that, so maybe not 50 bucks, but certainly not over 200, which btw, this used to be in the 300$ range.
Which I agree wholeheartedly, that just to fold your stock for storage, and not be able to fire it in that position, 200+ beans is a lot of loot.
Now, I'm no secret squirrel tier 1,operational operating operator or anything of the sort, and have absolutely no need for this; however, for a decent price, I would buy it for S&G's just to be able to use a smaller range bag.
But for 200 beans, not so much.

That's is a lot of money to fold the stock for storage only.... It obviously can't be folded when shot. Kind of pointless I think.
