RDB Downward Ejecting Bullpup Features Kel-Tec's RDB bullpup design provides a compact, well-balanced rifle featuring a revolutionary downwards ejection and fully ambidextrous controls, enabling it to be fired from both the dominant and non-dominant side. The result is casings eject out of your line of sight for a truly ambidextrous, high performance rifle. The RDB maintains a center of gravity over the grip assembly to facilitate ease of handling and balance. It comes equipped with two integral MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails, located above the barrel and on the handguard for mounting accessories and multiple sling attachment points compatible with a hook-style swivel. Thanks a million for the input and video, super helpful! Doesn't look too bad.
P.S. I can deal with AK levels, some guns are a royal PITA to get back together (especially softer polymer framed ones based on my experience). Like herding cats.
These are a surprisingly nice rifle for anything less than $750. Mine has ~2k rounds on it and has been fuss free in competitions and range days, although Im still not fully down with the bullpup magazine change. Heck, the thought of making one my home defense rifle due to its size and weight has crossed my mind more than once since Im not really worried about magazine changes when Im in my boxers and something goes bump in the night.
If you've got a good fighting AR you should add one of them to your inventory for funsies.
Other thoughts, I have two Tavors, and an Aug and the cocaine fever dream that is the RDB is still my preferred bullpup.
How is the take down and reassembly? I have a SU-16C which has been a great rifle but I swear every step of putting it back together requires holding your tongue just right and a prayer. Makes me not want to clean the thing even if it is such a simple process (on paper) to put in back together.

Mine runs like a champ. More maneuverable and lighter than my X95.
Yes, it is lighter. No, it's not more maneuverable as it is longer than X95, both in the 16.5" and 13" versions.
I'm glad to hear yours runs well without any of the screws falling off, stock cracking. Or any hard double feed that jams a round into the chamber that doesn't get ejected by charging, which is extra dangerous since the chamber is difficult to check on RDB.
@Missing Word Phrases - I find it about as annoying as an AK to field strip for cleaning. There's a degree of holding your tongue just right but its not the worst thing in the world.
