Saiga magazines and the SGM Saiga Drum do fit and run properly. Plenty of information online all you have to do is Google it.
Like many, I made this spontaneous purchase because the affordability. I took the necessary precaution to clean the gun prior to my trip to the range. No issues with slugs or 00 buck, but I've only put ~30 rounds through mine.
I have this and the SDS Lynx 3G. The JTS shoots soft and reliably (once cleaned and lubed) however it is noticeably larger than the SDS Lynx. You probably wouldn't notice the difference until they were side by side. The downside to the JTS is that it difficult to get aftermarket accessories for it because of that difference. It won't be compatible with many AK shotgun parts e.g. Vepr or Saiga The SDS Lynx is more comparable to the Saiga and takes those parts.
On the upside the MLok rail, if bought separately, would be around $200 (see Carolina Shooter Supply).
Does the JTS use Saiga mags? Rather, do the JTS mags work in your Lynx?
I own the stripped down version of this shotgun that costs about $179. It is a great, heavy beast of a shotgun but so long as you give it a good cleaning and lube before you take it out, including a good clean of the adjustable gas valve as mine was filthy from the factory with oil and god knows what else, it will run well. You have multiple adjustable gas settings with the cheaper model so learn what to set it at depending on your ammo and she will fire just about anything regardless of velocity. Takedown and cleaning sucks so I don't shoot mine as much as I would like to.

I did several videos on this shotgun and if you check my channel I do a podcast called Caliber Corner. Last fall we did an episode on AK shotguns and I showed in that podcast the DE Guns.net website where I ordered the shotgun from and what I paid for it. Because DE Guns is located in Lincoln, NE I didn’t pay a transfer fee. There is also a slightly better version of my shotgun that you can buy for $264 on gun.deals. DE guns does run really good specials from time to time. I have absolutely nothing to gain from lying to too guys.

Is this the same as the $499 model, but extra for the MLOK handguard?
$229 Listed but you always need to add a minimum of $20 (shipping protection is more) and tax. Was $265 all said an done.
I'm going to hold off and see what Black Friday gets them down to.
