Online seller (Bereli in this case), will file an ATF Form 3, which is a document that initiates the transfer process between licensed dealers, requiring the seller to provide details about the suppressor and the receiving FFL, and then the ATF must approve the transfer before it can be shipped to the FFL.
Then once FFL receives it, they can work with you, the buyer, to get ATF form 4 filed. That's when the real waiting period starts. Once ATF approves form 4, and notifies the FFL, they will notify you the buyer that you can come and pick it up.
