Will sell you used or damaged or returns as new items and tell you to kick rocks. Terrible antics, and even worst customer support. Keep your hard earned money and buy from good dealers that dont sell damaged items and offer no help. Detail your ffl items at ffl from top to bottom and inside out, as the damage will be in a location you may not easily see

What kind of damage did you have? Interested in this, but some people on the internet are serious - most would complain about a scuff on the inside of a mag well

I'm not the person in the original complaint but I did have a M70AB2 underfolding AK that PSA sent to my FFL that clearly was a return or a floor model as the the underfolding mechanism was broken (not defective), the stock just swayed freely with movement. Also the the rest of the rifle was covered in bumps, scratches, and marks.* PSA wouldn't return a single email or voicemail. Luckily Century ended up replacing the parts MONTHS later but I had to do the work (which wasn't a big deal as I knew how but shouldn't take months to get a functional gun).

*Note, I'm not one to complain about a "blem" or two, but this was evidence of some seriously handling. The folderfolding mechanism looked like someone did not know you had to depress a button to get to fold so they just forced it to fold which sheared off the pin inside the mechanism and also 'wallowed out' the hole where the pin went, bending the entire stock setup. At my FFL I only tested the function of the actual firearm portion, never folding out the stock as it was held shut via a large zip tie which I assumed at the time was for shipping purposes...apparently not.

Also had a PSA AR-10 that wouldn't fire 2 rounds back to back as there was something wrong with the trigger group. Ended up just replacing it with a drop in.

PSA is fine (mostly) for the price....when it works. As long as you look at their stuff like semi-DIY you'll probably be happy ;)
