Wow this seems a VERY good deal! Howa makes some good firearms. This looks like it'd be great for popping digger squirrels and other pests from a bench or elevated position. Here where I live, farmers will gladly let you get rid of pests like ground squirrels, gophers and other pests that tear up hay fields and crops. Great fun! Or if your not into that, just target shooting from the bench would be fun as well. At a price less than a 10/22 I can see these selling out fast at this price. I love the stock as well as the oversized bolt knob. The only thing I can criticize is the mags being proprietary. They should of made them use 10/22 rotary mags and it would be so much better. But again for $169 one can't bitch too much.
Edit: I just went online to check prices elsewhere and everyone else including places like Buds are selling these rifle at $425-$500! So yeah this is an even better deal than I thought! In for 1 myself
