Color is definitely unique, well worth the money. You can also sign up for the 10% off and get it off around $200. Good sight, without paying full price. If you don’t mind the color. It’s a steal.
Everytime I see this particular Holosun pop up, I’m drawn in. Only because I ordered (2) from Sportsman’s and never received them. Also paid more than the current sale price. Anyway Sportsman’s was no help whatsoever. So while I can assume that this is a good price on a good optic, I have no idea. But I’d definitely pay extra to order elsewhere.
It's not that bad. I bought one because I had a $50 gift card after buying a couple tree stands so for $179 who cares about the color

Definitely doesn't seem to match most other colors found on firearms like FDE, ODG, etc etc...
It's kinda a dark slate bluish gray. I like the contrast on all black AR9.
Terrible indeed. That terrible "Grey" color is exclusive to Sportsmans. Note the "GY" at the tail-end of the MPN.
The "Wolf Grey" colored Holosun OPMOD optics exclusive to Optics Planet look much better ("WG" at the tail-end of the MPN)
