How are the mags for sale when this gun (to my knowledge) has always been unavailable in the civilian market?

I see these mags being offered as a good sign that a civilian version of the MP7 (labeled as a SP7) could be available here in the US sooner than later through HK USA. Check-out this Feb 22, 2025 video titled "H&K MP7 & G36 Coming to the USA? Exclusive Interview with HK USA’s Michael Holley" where Mr. Holley said back then that there is 8 out of 10 chance that the SP7 will be available here in the US.

So Demo and Brandon have/had one...but I have a suspicion Brandon bought Demo's after he retired.
Any beyond that only LEO have them that I know of.
